Today I want you to focus on your inner voice. When you find yourself in a situation where you have to take a stand, it may often happen that you falter and become unsure of what to answer. Be close and faithful to yourself. Hold your opinions and be free to speak from your heart and your convictions. When you speak based on what you have heard, what the majority says or what you think others want to hear, you are not true to your own convictions or your heart.

Exercise:

Sit down and breathe calmly. Feel free to put on some relaxing music in the background. Let your head be emptied of thoughts and the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy the silence and feel that you are falling into peace both in body and mind. Now think of a situation where you feel that you are being defended for your opinions. How do you feel in your body, and what do you do in this situation? Ask the universe to help you let go of your insecurities and give you the strength to hold onto your own energy. Exhale and fill yourself with light. When you become insecure and answer what you think others want to hear, you give away your energy to others. You will feel this on your body, and maybe you feel like you want to shrink or get out of the situation with a white lie. You have then let others take over your energy and they continue to build on their self-confidence with this energy. The same thing happens with bullying. You let others take your energy and others steal your energy.

Stand strong in yourself. Practice hearing yourself speak your mind. When you are grounded, you will be able to stand more steadily in your energy. Therefore, make sure to ground yourself before meeting people where you will be asked uncomfortable questions. You will then discover that there is no discomfort with the question, and that you can answer freely from your heart. Listen to your inner voice. In light and love Archangel Michael.
